Here in Chay Lap rustic, Visitors will feel welcomed and included, stay in the traditional wooden homes, into the traditional wooden “Five dragon” houses and under a traditionally – kilned tile roof, nets, tumble over large – sized bed with high quality beddings in each of the open access bedrooms. Hand – crafted simple furnishing exude the presence of yesteryear.
The beautiful natural surroundings notwithstanding, it’s not the surroundings nor the brick and mortar of villages which make up communities. At the homestay, tourist can use bicycle for exploring the surrounding areas of Chay Lap, visiting the war memorial site of Tam Co Cave and follow the historic Ho Chi Minh Trail to the forest and Botanical gardens.  or begin our kayaking adventure on the blue Chay River, to the Phong Nha Cave and the Dark Cave.

Itinerary

Day 1: Hue – Chay Lap homestay( L/D)
Detailed Itinerary:
09h00: Depart for Chay Lap on Ho Chi Minh road. Lunch en route. On arrival at Phong Nha- Ke Bang National park – Natural World Heritage site, check-in Chay Lap homestay. You are invited to prepare the dinner with the host. Enjoy the starry night at the homestay.

Day 2: Chap Lap – Phong Nha Ke Bang National park( B/L/D)
Detailed Itinerary:
Morning, kayak on the turquoise water of Chay river to explore Dark cave, nestled in the park. Trekking through the forest to Nuoc Mooc springs. Free swimming. Picnic lunch served in the park. Afternoon, cycle into the park to hear the call of the wild, bird-watching, sightseeing monkeys, etc.
Dinner at the homestay. Fishing shrimp by night is optional.
Night at Chay Lap homestay.

Day 3: Chay Lap- Hue(B/L)
Detailed Itinerary:
Explore the Surviving Valley (6km trekking) or climb up the mountain to conquer the Paradise cave. Lunch included. Return Hue in the late afternoon. End the trip.
